What type of Home to buy and Where?
Have you asked yourself what type of home you are going to buy and where you are going to buy it?
Most home buyers already think they know this, but how much research have you done? This is one of the biggest investments you are going to ever make. If you were to require surgery, wouldn't you do some research into your doctor? You should do some research into the area you are going to buy a home in as well.
On my website I provide you some information on Broward Schools and Crime statistics, these two things are important to most home buyers. Even if they are not important to you, they will be important to the next person who comes to buy your home, therefore these two factors greatly affect the price of real estate.
South Florida offers a variety of different types of homes, from Beach Condos to Ranches. Depending on what you can afford, and the are you are interested in there might be several factors to consider.
Maybe you like an area, but the single family homes in that area are more expensive than you can afford, would you consider a townhouse or condo in that area? Or maybe you want a Condo, but if you could afford a single family home, would that be better in the long run?
There are several questions here, and you should consider the options and never stay locked down on what type of home or where to buy. We can discuss then when we start house hunting.
