Closet Clutter
This might be a good time to clean out the closet, donate some of the old clothes, and get rid of all that closet clutter. Be honest, how many old clothes do you have in your closet, that you have been saving for 'washing the car' or working outside' and have never used them?
Cleaning out the closet and getting rid of all the old clothes will eliminate some of the closet clutter, and make you closet appear larger, with more open spaces. This will give the perception to prospective buyers that there is more space.
Buyers will look everywhere, and they will look in the closets. They want to make sure there is enough space for all their personal belongings. If the closet(s) appear small and cluttered it will give them the impression that their clothes might not fit, or that the closet will not accommodate their needs.
Once we are done with eliminating the closet clutter, let's go to the bathrooms and take a look the Plumbing and Fixtures.
