Unclutter the Kitchen
Your property's kitchen is a huge selling feature, so naturally we have to unclutter the kitchen to make it seem larger and more accessible.
Many homeowners have too many appliances, toaster, coffee makers, and novelty gadgets in their kitchen. The countertop should be clear with the exception of maybe a fruit basket or other small decorations.
If you are one of those people that leaves the appliances on the counter because the cabinets are full... clear it all out. Only leave the appliances that you will use and need! The rest go to storage (and not in another cabinet)
If you have your breakfast table in the kitchen, consider removing it to create more open space. Use the formal dining area, make sure it has a nice chandelier and is also clear of clutter.
Can you tell the difference between these two kitchen?
